Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Launched: Google has introduced its first foldable smartphone in India, named the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Previously, the Pixel Fold was only available in Europe and the US. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold offers the same AI capabilities as other devices in the Pixel 9 series and is powered by the Tensor G4 processor.

The Pixel 9 Pro Fold features an 8-inch LTPO OLED Super Actual Flex foldable display and a 6.3-inch OLED cover display, both of which support a 120Hz refresh rate. With a peak brightness of up to 2700 nits, the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Powered by the Tensor G4 chipset, the phone offers up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It includes Gemini AI features such as Magic Eraser, Best Tech, Photo Unblur, and Night Sight. The device has a triple rear camera setup with 48MP wide-angle, 10.5MP ultra-wide, and 10.8MP telephoto lenses, along with 5X optical and 20X super-resolution zoom. It has dual 10MP selfie cameras—one on the cover display and the other on the main display.
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold is powered by a 4,650mAh battery, supports 45W wired and Qi wireless charging and runs on Android 14. It also includes a fingerprint sensor and face unlock for security.
Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Colour Options
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold has a USB Type-C 3.2 port and supports both physical SIM and eSIM. It offers IPX8 water resistance and will be available in two colour options: Obsidian and Porcelain.
Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Price
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold is priced at Rs 1,72,999 in India for the 16GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Starting August 22, you can buy the Pixel 9 Pro Fold from Flipkart, Croma and Reliance Digital. It will also be available at Google’s walk-in centres in Delhi and Bengaluru.
